This Saturday, celebrate International Women's Day with us (men are welcome too)!

In the music-based YOGA BEAT FUSION workshops, you will learn a choreography of asanas composed to a specific song. Step by step, the individual building blocks of the final sequence come together to form a whole. Throughout the entire session, you will breathe and move to the rhythm of the music. Each breath leads to a body movement. The harmonious flow brings you into the magic of the moment.

In both workshops, you will also receive lots of tips and tricks on how to transition between yoga asanas without momentum, using muscle power instead, while adapting your breathing and movements to the rhythm of the music.

The workshops can be booked individually (2–4 p.m. & 4:30–6:30 p.m.) and do not build on each other. The content and focus of the choreographies differ. For the full flow experience, we therefore recommend the comprehensive program with both workshops.

Barbara is a certified yoga teacher with over 750 hours of training in Hatha Yoga, Inside Yoga, and Inside Flow. Through numerous advanced training courses, workshops, and personal training sessions, she has acquired detailed knowledge of movement and sequencing in rhythm with music, as well as yoga alignment.

Since 2019, she has been writing her own choreographies and passionately passing them on to her students.

In 2023, she developed a concept for a modern 200-hour Vinyasa Flow basic training course that combines the best of tradition and contemporary spirit. Since 2024, she has been teaching Vinyasa Flow on this basis.

At the same time, she developed the Yoga Beat Fusion training concept. Based on her own training background and many years of teaching experience, she places a strong emphasis on undogmatic thinking and creativity.

Her goal as a teacher is to focus on her students and thereby touch their hearts.
