In our classes, you will learn how varied and lively yoga practice can be. Every class is an invitation to rediscover your idea of movement and balance. Our courses combine different styles of yoga to create a holistic experience that balances body, mind and life. 

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Flowing yoga styles that combine breath and movement. Vinyasa yoga strengthens the body, promotes flexibility and at the same time provides mental serenity. This practice is dynamic, creative and meditative at the same time. You move from pose to pose, always in rhythm with your breath, and thus find yourself in a state of lightness and presence. 

  • Yin Yoga

    Our Yin Yoga classes are ideal for anyone looking to slow down and take a short break. The focus here is on longer, held positions, gentle flows and conscious breathing exercises to release deep-seated tension and immerse yourself in a meditative calm. Our classes combine classic Yin elements with flowing sequences, breathing techniques and supportive aids such as bolsters or blocks. This creates an atmosphere in which body and mind can regenerate. 

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga is the classic form of yoga that focuses on asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation. We often incorporate Hatha elements into other classes to create a stable foundation. We combine gentle postures with flowing vinyasa sequences or creative yoga styles to create a balanced practice that promotes strength, flexibility and inner serenity in equal measure. 

  • Inside Flow® YOGA

    Inside Flow® YOGA combines flowing movement, breath and music to create a unique experience on the mat. In this class, a choreography of asanas is created that carries you through the flow to the rhythm of your breath and modern music. This class is for anyone who would like to experience a dynamic and powerful flow and improve their physical condition. Previous knowledge of yoga is an advantage. 

  • Yogadance

    Yogadance combines the flowing elements of vinyasa yoga with the expressive power of dance. Breath, movement and music merge into a creative, energetic practice that promotes strength, flexibility and body awareness. The interplay of dance and yoga is a challenging and exhilarating practice that trains strength, suppleness, coordination, memory and expressiveness.

Here you can easily book your yoga class and secure your place in the studio. Choose the class that suits your level and your schedule and register directly via the tool. Pre-registration is important as the number of participants is limited. If your desired course is already full, sign up for the waiting list. A place often becomes available at short notice.

How can I register for a course? 

You can register for the individual courses via Eversports. Simply call up our course schedule, select the appropriate studio and register. If a course is fully booked, you can add your name to the waiting list. This makes it easy for you to find the moment that suits you to immerse yourself in your practice and engage in new postures. 

Where do the yoga classes take place? 

We have five studios in Leipzig, spread across the city, so you can easily find a location near you. Visit the individual studio pages to find out the exact address. In each studio, you can expect an atmosphere that naturally combines stillness, joy and development - a space where you can focus entirely on yourself. 

Are there trial training sessions? 

Yes, select the course you would like to attend from the course schedule and then book the course via the website with a trial ticket. This way you can find out in a relaxed way which yoga style and which trainer suits you best. 

What do I need to bring to the yoga classes? 

You should bring comfortable clothing and, if you like, your own mat. Other equipment such as bolsters, blocks and drinks are also available in the studio. So you are well prepared to engage in your yoga practice with joy and ease and enjoy your own personal moment of stillness.
