You're welcome to join our classes as our trainers are bilingual in English and German. And we also offer classes in English and Russian - Spanish coming soon.

Select the course you would like to attend from the course schedule and then book via the website with a trial ticket the course. All course bookings can be made via the digital ticket system "eversports" can be booked. An overview of our tickets can be found here.

About the course plan. There you have the possibility to choose between different cards. If you are here for the first time, take advantage of the trial course. We work with the Eversports ticket system - here you can find more information. If a course is fully booked, put yourself on the waiting list via the Eversports app - a place often becomes available at short notice.

Comfortable clothes and a good mood :) If you like, your own mat. You will find equipment, drinks, mats and changing facilities in the studio. The You can find the way to the studios here.

Please always cancel your course independently via the Eversports app (note: not via the Eversports website, only via the Eversports app!) if you can't make it after all, as this gives someone else the opportunity to come to the course.

Definitely and with great pleasure. Here you can buy vouchers for the studios online. The vouchers can be used in all studios.

You only book your class via the USC app (please do NOT book via Eversports). At the studio, be sure to scan in with your USC app - if you do not do this, you will have to pay a penalty fee to USC.
