What is Barre?
Barre is an effective full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The exercises strengthen muscles, improve posture, flexibility and coordination and get the circulation going at the same time. Barre offers an effective and, above all, varied workout for body and mind that combines strength, body awareness and lightness.
Our classes are based on a well thought-out approach that combines classic barre elements with modern training methods. Classically on the barre, on the mat or with supporting aids such as Pilates balls, resistance bands, blocks or dumbbells, this creates a varied workout that can be individually adapted.
Who is Barre suitable for?
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced participant, our barre classes are suitable for all levels. You can control the intensity of your practice yourself and achieve your personal goals, whether strengthening, toning, flexibility or simply a workout that challenges you and at the same time leaves room for relaxation.
In our studios in Leipzig, you will find experienced trainers and a warm community that trains together, motivates each other and has fun at every training session. Here you can try things out, learn new moves and at the same time become part of a group that values well-being, fun and mutual support.
