At Sunday-Flow—held outdoors in the deer park at the Grassi Museum—you can look forward to a fluid, holistic, and energetic class incorporating elements of yoga, Vinyasa, Pilates, and fitness.
The focus is on, among other things, building muscle strength in combination with flexibility, stretching, and movement.
So you can look forward to a full-body class that might work you up a sweat, but also leaves room for stretching and relaxation.
